The Planning Board of the Town of Newport hereby give notice in writing that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Newport Town Office, 23 Water St. for the consideration of the following:
REVIEW OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE FOR THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (SCHEDULE OF USES)
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Attention Newport Residents:
The Primary, Municipal, and RSU #19 Election will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the Newport Public Safety Building Meeting Room, 21 Water Street, Newport. Polls will be open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The Newport Town Office will be closed on Election Day, June 9, 2026.
The Newport Annual Town Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Newport Public Safety Building Meeting Room, 21 Water Street, Newport.
